Q.1 What is Escrowvox?

Escrowvox today also known as Escrow Bank is a digital escrow service provider that handles your payments through a transparent step-by-step process. The money does not flow directly into the account of the beneficiary (seller, service provider or landlord), but into our escrow wallet. After a successful payment Escrow Bank informs the participants about the receipt of money. The beneficiary can then provide its services, such as the shipment of the goods, etc. without fear of not getting paid. If the buyer has received the shipment and checked it, they release the money via Escrow Bank WALLET. The clearance confirmation and the associated irrevocable forwarding of the money to the seller take place in real time. This also enables cashless settlements on site. The escrow principle ensures a secure and worry- free payment and protects the parties against fraud.

Escrow Bank stands for highest security and transparency in online- based payment transactions.

Q.5 Is my money safe with Escrow Bank wallet?

Yes, the security of our client funds is our highest priority. Therefore, the funds of all Escrow Bank customers are kept safe in insolvency secured trust accounts.

Q.6 What does escrow payment actually mean?

When using an escrow (fiduciary) payment procedure, the transfer of funds goes through a third and neutral party (the trustee). This third party ensures that the money is not paid out to the seller or service provider until the goods or services have been handed over and checked and also in the agreed condition. Conversely, the seller is protected from the fact that the buyer makes a chargeback despite delivery of the goods or service. The involvement of a trustee thus increases the orderly settlement of the purchase and the agreed payment and effectively protects against fraud. The escrow settlement is the safest payment method and avoids the financial advance risk for all parties involved.

Q.7 How do I create an escrow payment?

To create an escrow payment, you must be logged in to your Escrow Bank account. There you have the possibility to create a new escrow payment via the button "Create Escrow Payment".
The first thing you have to do is specify whether you want to send or request money when making the trust payment. Then select a transaction type. Depending on the type of transaction you chose (goods, services or deposit), the escrow process adapts to your needs. Once you have entered and saved the details of the transaction, you can then invite your escrow partner by email, text message or WhatsApp.

If the goods or services have been delivered or accomplished as agreed, you are obliged under the terms and conditions to immediately release the escrow payment from your escrow wallet. Please go to the detailed view of your escrow payment and click on the button "release money".
You and your trust partner will be informed directly about the release and completion of the trust payment.

Q.10 How can I cancel an escrow payment in my escrow wallet?

Both sides can cancel the transaction before receiving the money on the escrow account.

After the money has been entered into the escrow account, cancellation requests can only be made by the recipient of a trust payment. An abort request can be made in the detail view of the trust payment. However once the money has been transferred it can not be recalled.

Attention! Cancellations cannot be cancelled themselves. The money will be returned directly to the sender of the money after a cancellation.br>
Note:   A deposit process cannot be cancelled. The recipient must transfer the money back we at Escrowvox do not take any responsibility of this. We request you to please double check before sending the funds across to the supplier, etc.A deposit process cannot be cancelled. A cancellation is basically the same as the release of the deposit.

Q.11 What happens if the buyer does not release the money?

Don't worry - the buyer will not get the deposited money without your consent.
If you have shipped the goods or provided the service and the buyer does not release the money, you can start the automatic pay-out period.
If the automatic pay-out is stopped by the buyer, the money will only be forwarded when the buyer releases the money, accepts a price adjustment or a cancellation of the escrow payment.
If no agreement is reached with the buyer, the money remains safely in the escrow account wallet until a legal decision is made, as Escrow Bank does not interfere with the underlying transaction. This protects you as a seller against fraud through non-payment and reduces your advance payment risk.
The willingness to handle the payment via an escrow service alone underlines the seriousness and integrity of the parties involved.

Q.12 What happens if the seller does not deliver or if the product/service has defects?

If something is wrong with the goods or services or if you have not received any delivery, please contact the seller or service provider directly. You can use your Escrow Bank account to report a problem and send a message to your business partner. Please go to the detail view of the escrow payment and describe the problem or the defect.

HIGH VALUE TRADE

Escrow services can be a beneficial service when it comes to high value private sales. Whether you are purchasing or selling, the use of escrow services can give the peace of mind and confidence that are essential in private transactions. This is especially true if the two parties are operating at a distance.

Regardless of the items you are selling, the use of our escrow services can add a level of protection for both parties. The buyer has the knowledge that the funds are held in the escrow account, and will not be released to the seller without confirmation the item is shipped / received. The seller has the security of knowing that the funds are being held by us and that once the item has been delivered, they will receive payment.

LEGAL AND CORPORATE

Escrow services can be utilised when a dispute or litigation is settled and one party is required to pay money to the other as part of the settlement. In most cases escrow services are used when settlement money may be due to be paid from one party to another, however the finalisation of the settlement is still pending.

The settlement money is paid into the escrow account. The escrow service provider holds the sum of money until the settlement is finalised, and they have been notified of the outcome, usually by means of a court judgement or joint instruction from the parties in dispute after settlement. The escrow services provider will then release the funds to the relevant party.
